With over 10 years of education in anatomical and physiological sciences, David brings a strong foundation to his practice.
David began his academic journey at the University of Toronto in Honours Human Biology, originally pursuing a path toward dentistry.
He later developed a strong interest in health and human performance, leading him to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
He went on to work as a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer in the community before advancing his clinical training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
David has experience working with athletes, acute and chronic pain, pre/post-surgical recovery, elderly, children, and overall long-term mobility.
His focus is simple — help you move better, feel better, and regain your health.

Yes. Osteopathic treatment is covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider for more details. We do not provide direct booking. We are not covered through OHIP.
During your first visit to Paramount Osteopathy, you will have an in depth conversation about your health history and any health concerns or questions you may have. We will then start your first treatment which includes a dynamic assessment of the way your body functions, followed by a treatment that is specific to your body’s needs and not specific to one single problem. Based on how the initial appointment goes, we will go over your treatment plan moving forward.
No. Osteopathic practitioners work with the body not against it. However that being said, depending on the constitution and health of the patient, and taking into account the dysfunction/illness that they may have, treatment can at times involve uncomfortable adjustments.
Unfortunately at this time our building is not equipped with the proper accessibility for anyone who is in a wheelchair.
We are located inside the dental building on 3 Lakeshore Road in St. Catharines. Keep an eye out for the big red apple on the front lawn.
